Announcement regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

We understand and share your concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and we will do our best to help you find a solution in case that the current situation affects your booking or holiday plan for this season.

 

We are working closely with the yacht owners we represent and have updated our booking and cancellation policies in a joint effort.

1. For already booked charters, we can offer in most cases the possibility to change your charter dates to another available date in 2020 or in some cases even in 2021. This policy applies if a) you cannot reach the charter base due to travel and border restrictions (e.g. International travel ban) in Greece or your country of origin b) an official travel advise is issued that advises you not to travel to Greece c) measurements are enforced by Greek authorities that severely impact your holiday quality (e.g. requested self-quarantine, lock-down, etc.). In case that the re-scheduled booking is more expensive, the price difference will be charged.

2. For future bookings, we can offer in addition to the updated terms outlined in (1), flexible payment schedules, including reduced down-payments and payment in installments.​

The above mentioned policies may vary across the yachts we offer.
